Have to really go with #5. Been up in PA for a week now and I've lost count on how many times I've looked in the rear-view at a stop light as the car behind approaches, stopping at the last instant. Heart in my throat, she/he's on the phone talking with their hands as she comes to a stop not really looking at the car in front. 
Would say 50% of the culprits have been female teens.

sorry to bring this back from the waaaay dead but, I hate it when people are dependent on their phones. It seems everywhere I look people are constantly texting, just glued to their phones or on the phone while driving. I swear it's some sorta social disorder or something...
