Resetting ECU question

When you reset your ECU, does it take a bit before your car "Learns"? Mine was running fine, but I reset it, and I swear it seems slower.

Suppose it could be in my head thou. Any answers are appreciated.

I do not think this is possible unless your LTFTs are way off and your engine is tuned for these trim adaptations.
