Proper way to drive after ECU reset?

I was just wondering how to drive right after resetting the ECU...

Do you run in mildly for a while with no boost or do you drive it like a maniac right away?

I'd say drive it how you want it. If you baby it, like partial throttle not much high rpm use you will get a "granny" tune...but if you give it a change to "learn" while doing several 7000+ runs you'll let it learn. I've noticed that giving partial throttle vs. full throttle runs can make a difference.

My ECU has already been Dynoflashed...I resent it in back to Al since I added a Boost Controller. I will get it back tomorrow.

I guess I should drive it like I stole it after I hook it back up?
