Ecu reset & mbc question

Is re-adjusting the mbc necessary after resetting the ecu? Basically, adjusting it the same way when initially installed (no boost and progressively increase)

you shouldn't be adjusting the MBC at all. Get a tune, let the tuner set it, dont ever touch it.

so what do you mean by resetting the ecu? Just powering it off and back on? Because if thats the case, no you don't need to do anything.

I had to do something by resetting the ecu (both terminals disconnected for an extended period of time) I was asking if the mbc has to be readjusted just like when doing so when initially setting one up (dial mbc to zero boost, put in third and progressively dial boost to desired level)
