Just wanted all members to know that I no longer have my EVO. Just to let everyone know I didnt trade it for another car. I have just switched jobs and my finances have changed a little. Hard to have a $30K toy that I only drive on the weekends. Have some other projects to I have to take care of for a while around my property. And my wife asked me to sell it. It was a hard decision to make. Hopefully I wont be down for to long with out an EVO. The next car I buy will be another EVO. Probably the EVO X. Just want everyone to know that I have had a blast with NWE. I have made lots of new freinds. I Hope the club can stay strong until I can get another EVO. I guess I have to give up my V.P. position. ( cant be a member with out a EVO ) This sucks. I will still try to hang out with you guys at club functions as much as I can. Lets get someone in the V.P. position that will help this club grow. I want this club to still be around by the time I get another EVO. Sorry for the bad news. Later.

 

How come you can't stay a member if you don't own an Evo? That seems rather harsh. Things happen in life that can force someone to decide on a course of action that's opposite of what their heart desires, but that shouldn't force you to leave from a group of friends as well. Hopefully you can keep your VP position even though you're no longer an owner. Good luck to you and I hope you can get yourself into a new Evo sometime in the near future.

I will try to make it to the meeting that is in the works right now for sometime this month. My big thing is making sure the club stays together. I have worked hard to help structure the club to what it is today. It still needs a little work. Its not easy to organize a club this size. Lots of new faces all the time. I still want to see this club grow. Cant wait to see final production of the EVO X. If I cant wait that long. I will go out and buy a IX MR. Until then if anyone needs help with anything let me know.

 

i know that this thread is kinda old but i feel i should say something...and ohh just in case you dont recognize the name everett it's shaddrick.(just think blown head gasket in the middle of BFE and it will come back to you) not many things call me out of hiding(i rarely ever post these days). however i am sad to see that you are getting rid of your evo because you was one of the most dedicated ones out of all of us including me. but as it was said before you have to do what you have to do and i respect that. however i would still like to hang out with you if i ever make my way back up to washington state. so heres to you everett from one of the founding members of NWE to another.
