EnglishRacing out in Camas always has some in stock. You bring your own container, so whatever quantity you want. Not sure on price, its been about a year since Ive needed methanol.

Tosoro on 112th and foster in SE Portland. They have race fuel and methanol. Since your in Salem, you might want to check with the gas station that you usually go to. They could probably point you in the right direction instead of you having to come all the way up here.
