English Racing

Hey guys wanted to give you some feedback on Lucas and English Racing.
I would have to say that everything ive seen Lucas and his crew do on my car has been top notch Lucas is a rare type of person that just flat out cares about each and everything that happens with your car and will work on it till its right even if its 9pm at night and he hasn't eaten all day Hes constantly researching and finding any bits of knowledge he kind dig up to do the best job he can.
Whats impressed me the most is Lucas doesn't hesitate to call Shepard or AMS and ask them what they are doing. One example is my piston to wall clearance or cam gear timing. Which in my mind saves you money and time.
Lucas shop may be way out there in the sticks but its well worth the drive
When it comes to DSM and EVOs i really feel that we have another top notch shop in the making and in just a few years we will have our own Bushur racing or AMS right here in our own backyard As you all know ive been the shop ***** and have had to learn my lesson the hard way lol my pocket book and time. If i had to do it all over again i would have gone to Lucas the first time.

Sweet. If I ever get a new clutch in my MR I'll probably take it down there (to BFE)

Just seems like everytime I had a clutch replaced in my 03 I'd find a loose bolt somewhere. It stresses me out thinking about the clutch going out in my 06!!

I agree. I have my car down there now getting a 6 bolt put in (93 talon). Jake and TJ knocked out the job extremely fast and Lucas is always around when I need help with something. All of them will go the extra mile for you, great guys !

BTW, Paul, great #s on the dyno last night !

Tim

Another vouch for Lucas and team, If I'm not able to fix my car on my own, I go there because I don't trust anybody else. My Eclipse is actually at his shop now, and he did a custom exhaust for my Evo too.

One thing I've seen at Lucas shop is he can rebuild EVO and DSM transmissions which is awesome. We don't have to send our trannies out of state. I know Torque-Freaks and Zoom have had there trannies done by English Racing
Ive heard of zero complaints by both parties.
