Very happy with the EVO with so little money invested.
Quick run down of the car.
-'04 SSL EVO IIIV Stock trubo and hot side
-HKS 272's
-ETS IC and piping with ETS intake pipe
-PTE 780's
-255hp
-E85 fuel
-spike 26psi hold 24psi to redline.
-Flash tuning done buy me
-no spare
-1/2 tank of fuel
-full interior
-mini bat
Mods since last time at the track. New SBC clutch and a cold air intake. The cold air intake really makes the car more consistant and runs 2psi more to redline. I took out my IC sprayer bottle and but the whole air meter ware the tank used to be.
Cant imagine there is more in the car but I am going to do the 10.5hot side and a O2 housing and see what she does.
On my last pass I took the sub out and took the wing off and I did go just a bit faster but my launch was better so I can say at my current time the wing does not take much MPH off.
My 10min CAI that let me hold 24psi to 7500. Used to drop to 22psi.

Nice times, care to share some launching tips? What launch rpm? Do you drop the tire pressure? Got sticky tires?

My tires I had at 20psi all the way around and thay are not sticky at all.
To keep the wheel hop down I would have it at 1/2 throttle on my launch 2step set at 5250 and keep it half throttle through 1st and than floor it in 2nd.
I would think a intake like that powder coated with filter and adpt would be around $200. Will only work on non ACD cars and have to take out your IC sprayer bottle.
