Axiom's install quality???

Axiom Is Weak Sauce
Ladies and Gentelmen,
I have been a loyal customer of axiom for a long time, however They have gone downhill. And I don't think they even care.
I have them install my exedy stage one clutch and flywheel. I get it back a couple days and $650 dollars later. I drive about 50 miles and I get a sound as if my differential or transmission is splitting in half. Sounds as if there is a monkey under my car with a hammer. I'm in seattle, and I have to call in at work and drive 40 miles per hour down I-5 to get it back to axiom. ( I didn't tow because the banging went away after 25 mph) The whole way my car shutters hardcore and vibrates. Right before i get to axiom, I hear a bolt come loose and clang around underneath. After a couple hours they fixed my car.
It ended up being that they forgot to tighten my driveline bolts so it was rocking hardcore, coming looser and looser. ONE EVEN FELL OUT!
And the funny thing is, they weren't apologetic. Kyle says "It must have come loose..."
Yeah.... You think?
And about a year ago, they did the very identical thing to my buddies wrx.
And recently, they forgot to put an oil cap on my buddies evo, and it was spilling oil out of the tranny, which could have toasted his tranny if he didn't catch it soon enough.
I know of 3 peoples evo's where they installed freakin blow off valves BACKWARDS!
And not to mention there A+ tuning (i'm being sarcastic.)
Axiom is a great facility, but don't say you can do something if you're gonna make things worst.. Randy is a cool cat and knows what he's doing, Its nice to go there and hang out. But I just think that they need to fix their quality of service or atleast be apologetic if they screw something up.
I'm not trying to be bitter, I just want to inform you guys of my experiences with axiom. Hopefully they can get better, because I really love having places locally to just bs and have fun and be able to buy parts and get them installed at.
ANYONE ELSE RELATE?

I've heard plenty of horror stories from Honda/Acura guys that have dealt with them over the years. They used to be the only place that I could get muh Option Videos from so I went there a fair amount. Most of what I have heard has been like I said in the past but I am sure I am not the only one that knows about their "correction factor" fiasco.
All businesses will make mistakes sooner or later thats just a fact. The deciding factor is what they do AFTER the mistake. It seems that is the problem here more than anything?

You're right, for them it's pretty much been that they keep making mistake after mistake. They seriously need some new techs there.

Its going to be located in Kent and hopefully since it will be a new dyno I can get us good deals on it. I am going to have JB come down too and offer his custom tunes for those who need it
