O.K... New at this. I live in Billings MT, had people "try" and work on my car and i have a bunch of mods but stock evo 9's beat me! im really at the end of my rope so i was wondering about a great shop or tuner for evo 8's either in portland or WA???????????

What do you guys think of hks cams vs the gsc s1's??? I heard people are tossing hks for gsc!
