I was just curious what was needed to pass. I also have an aftermarket HID kit and 20% tint all the way around. Im pretty sure I'll figure it all out. Thanks again and Ill hopefully be seeing everyone soon. ~Chris
Tacoma/Pierce county is huge on emissions, stock cat or any good known hfc should be the solution and make sure you're running hot so drive around 15-20 mins ahead of time, don't worry about tint, its not part of the inspection

Thanks for all the info. I was just worried a little bit but now im not really sweating it at all now. Anyone know how long I can run around on out of state tags before i start getting in trouble? someone before told me 90 days but that sounds a little long. It was 30 days when i moved to maryland from delaware but i didnt change it for about 4 months Anyway, thanks again

trust me, you don't want the ticket for not changing your registration. I didn't when I moved out here in 2001 and ended up with a $750 ticket.

I had mines shipped! I paid $1000 and it took 7days. I also didn't want to put all the miles on the car and paying the bills for tickets received on the trip. LoL!

Yeah, another friend said i could rent a uhaul and trailer my car out. i would like to drive for the experience of just driving across the country cause my bro is gonna fly out from washington if i drive and come with me. I know my car will easily make it but 3k in a week is alot of miles. Im swapping out my bushings and brake pads this weekend so ill see how much noise my car makes then ill have a better feel for my car and its road trip worthiness. haha.

Welcome, you will love washington! I moved here about 3.5 years ago from michigan. I won't be going back anytime soon. BTW I still have a vehicle with michigan tabs. They are personalized and yes I have been pulled over for it and ticketed once. About a year ago. Technically I got pulled over and ticketed for failing to yeild to an emergency vehicle, and for expired tabs. I went to court and got all of it droped. The judge was not pleased with the police officer for wasting the courts time. It was actually one of the funniest days I have ever had.

When I moved here I got a call on friday and was asked if I could be working monday morning. I packed my SUV and took off. 2400 miles in 42 hours straight through.
