ROFL, I've replaced about 1/2 of those clips on the undertray with pushpins off a Nissan I believe it was... At least those can be pryed out with a screwdriver, or manhandled out with vise grips on the really really evil ones. I hate those things enough to where I was going to buy one of those beatrush trays until I found out they still used them too...

If no one has time to get you tuned, JB can do it this Monday if you wanted to meet up in the Puyallup area. If this works let me know and i will set it up with him, as i don't believe he will be around a computer until then.
yeah, he can prob do that for you ouminan, let Billy know for sho!
Not to protest but this won't be our first batch of EVOs that we've had come thru here, and this is why I requested that we take the undertrays off because of the mounting points on the dyno.
I'm not really able to strap in the lower control arms (once on the rollers) nor do I feel comfortable with that either so I've got a preference for the center tow hook. If As long as the front and rear hooks are readily accessible, we're all good to go for the dyno session. We won't have the time to pull off your undertray once the session starts so that's why I'm posting up a reminder well in advance of the session.
Should you choose to leave them on and if they crack or break for any reason, that's up to you guys. I'm just trying to make it as painless as possible for all you guys coming down.

Regards!

Thanks for posting, Bob.
If I have this:
is it ok? That rectangular panel comes off in the middle towards the front. Will that work?
We can try it Saturday morning and if it wont work then Lucas will remove it.
thanks,
fred

Fair enough. Chris, I'm giving up my dyno spot on Sunday. Someone else can have it. I'll get in next time we go to another dyno.
Yep. As long as the center tow hook is accessible from the front and rear, we're all good!
I'll post up some pics tomorrow when I get that other EVO we're working on during the dyno session then...
Regards!
Bob
