hehe, lol thats his point... 911 turbo, hint.... when in our puny little lives would we ever think of racing a 911 turbo??? now we can think about it, still loose... but hey 2 car lengths AINT BAD AT ALL
2 car lengths is a long ways... dont take me as fast and furious but u lose u lose.. doesnt really matter.. but personally i thought a Evo would get a LITTLE closer then 2 car lengths... but then again i have never riden in a stock 911 only my dads... so i dont know how fast they r

if he had mods then u did pretty good... Yes u would smoke the **** out of him in the rain/dirt/snow/ whatever else u wanna put on the ground... but its crazy how good they handel ( turbo 911 ) eventhough they arnt AWD... but Yes Evo would OWn
2 extra passengers in your car and mods on his 911 and you only lost by 2 car lengths? Nice. Even though I don't condone street racing most of the time, that is still pretty bad ***. It makes me wonder how you would have done with a few hundred pounds less weight in your car.

911 Turbos ARE AWD, too. So the rain wouldn't make a difference. It might even be worse for the Evo since the 911 has traction control and stability management.
I took my Evo, with about 350 hp now, head-to-head with a 911 Turbo on the freeway here in Cali and he couldn't shake me. Call it a dead heat. I think off the line he would win because of the extra hp and the fact that they have a small turbo for each bank of cylinders that spool up very quickly. For about $10,000 an Evo would crush just about everything out there, including Ferraris, Lamborghinis and 911 Turbos.

The 911 Turbo 3.0 debuted in 1975 and was RWD. The first AWD Turbo to the best of my knowledge was the 1993 911 Carrera 4. Porsche has also offered the 911 in turbo RWD models since then too (such as the 1995 GT2).

Porsche first offered it in 96.
There was a 964 Carrera 4, but the Turbo retained RWD.
The 1996 -1998 911 Turbo (993) is somewhat of a standout compared to all the other Turbos in recent history. Never before has a Turbo Porsche sported AWD, or a 6-speed box. Never before has the car had two turbochargers
