Damn. I should have Chris. I am thinking of selling my stock wheels that are powder coated and hitting you up for a fresh coat of paint though.

Neither Brembo or Stoptech make 2 piece rear Evo rotors. I wanted the same brand all the way around. Also, a number of rear brakes won't work with the Evo Ebrake configuration. Hawk pads = garbage, it's what I was using.

wow! this thread has gone in a million different directions.

Moral of the story......

world one took way too long to get GTI his brakes.
GTI is unhappy with his hawk brake pads.

Guys..

We did have quite a challenge getting those rotors. Our apologies to GTI for his long wait. Back orders like this one are no fun, the only thing that makes them tolerable is excellent communication. Clearly our employee who was handling this for GTI was not communicating effectively.

Recently added back to our staff is Joey who just got back from working for a year at stoptech brakes in torrance, CA. He has a wealth of knowledge about pads and rotors, and is happy to assist anyone.

Once again, we apologize about the long delay on those rotors.

Thank You.

The biggest problem was communication. I ordered the pads 3 weeks before, I called once a week on the pads, and Monday before I leave on Wednesday I find I won't receive them in time. With 3 weeks notice I could find another set of pads, not 3 days. Even a phone call back works with me, but I never did receive one once with the rotors nor the pads.
