you of all people should know that is not true, with the amount of stuff that he can still do turning out 25-30 more horse shouldn't be a problem, but then again no one will ever make 500 horse on a stock turbo

electric water pump
bs removal
ported throttle body
i think a smim would really open things up even more up top for you
port the **** out of the turbo
clean up the head a little bit

400 Can be made on the stock turbo, I also have meth hooked into my car and I don't use it. If I were you I'd get some good cams, the electric water pump you can do, but I didn't from a recommendation that it wasn't good to do for a daily driver. The BS removal IMO is a good thing to do, and I would recommend it. No need for a AEM EMS, I don't have it and if you got a tuner that knows WTF he's doing, he can do what he needs with the stock ECU. The waste gate you use will make or break you.. You want something that can hold boost... With that there you should be at 380+. Get all the UICP, LICP, 65mm TB and it should help even more... Get a good exhaust system and port the turbo and you should hit 390+ if not 400.. That's from my experience... I hit 391 last time, but in a week I should be going for 400 on 93 octane.
Is meth not the cool thing to do now? If 400whp is doable for you with a kit you have sitting at home I dont see why you wouldnt do it? I know we had that little fun contest for 400whp at the last dyno day, but there were some unspoken mods you had over me as well, mainly a front mount intercooler upgrade.......your AMS one is sweet. I hope you are not basing your descision on me not making 400whp, cause that was lofty hope on my old Evo 8 with some ebay parts on it.
Plus that high psi spike on meth will rocket your tq numbers to mine or even beyond, and thats something you mentioned you were concerned about.

Chris lets just stick the meth on your car and se that big number! You have it already so its not like you even have to buy anything at this point
