What's up with World One?
I'm a bit pissed. Last week, I had an appointment, they cancelled the night before. That is understandable, it happens. We reschedule for this week, today Wednesday the 6th at 10. I go there, the office isn't even open. Hours say 8 or 9 am to 6 pm on the door. No call to cancel, WTF? It sucks that's all. I had good experience with them in the past, maybe they are losing thier customer service touch. Eventually, business will go elsewhere. You guys have any places you like to do for service?
thanks guys. I'll checl out those places for future work. It's just sad. I might start calling World One and set up random appointments here and there and waste their time. Might make up for some of it.

I really appreciate the call to explain the circumstances. It means a lot and shows you do care about your customers. Like I said, i have never had a bad experience before this and we must have just missed each other my a few minutes. I will see you next week. Thanks again.

In other news folks, open source tuning for the EVOX has been released and our tuner is busy with our test vehicle right now getting familiar with the X ECU.
Very soon we will be able to start taking road / dyno tuning appointments for all EVO X customers.

yes, next time i will give them the benefit of doubt due to past good experiences but you have to admit, if it was your first time dealing with them and you had one cancel and one appearing as a no show, you would probably not go back.
