No power locks, no power windows, no HID's, no ABS. Radio is not a big deal since all the wiring is still there. Everything else is not fun. You will have to live without ABS. HID's can be put in if you don't mind alot of wiring to have it done correctly. Locks and windows will require door panels, and switches, wiring, etc. Its alot more work than it sounds. Since its ACD there is really no advantage to an RS like earlier years besides saving some weight. The only part I don't like is not having ABS. If you aren't running R comps its fairly easy to lock the tires up...especially at the track. Of course if you are getting a screaming deal I wouldn't worry about it.

One suggestion I might make since I am picky and was in the same situation as you year and a half ago. Go to California. I picked my MR up with low miles for a good deal from a Porsche owner and it was cleaner than new. Many of the Cali cars never see bad weather and are really clean. Cost $160 to fly down and and about 4 tanks of gas back. The only drawback is just make sure you are dealing with someone legit...but its fairly easy.

electric locks would be as simple as having accuators installed with an alarm......no door panels......abs is for people who can't drive......
