Officially moving to Phoenix on November 5th. I will be working with Sallie Mae Mortgage Lending. I am very excited for this move. I have had enough of cold Denver winters. I was born in Phoenix, but have not lived there since I was 2 years old. I lived in southern New Mexico for 10 years and must have my desert heat again! It looks like you all have a good scene out there with great people. I am eager to experience the lower altitude power increase with my car. I hope to meet a lot of you. Im a guy that definitely gets my clubbing on. I am also a house dj for 9 years spinning funky, deep, tech, and some progressive if anyone is into the underground electronic scene. I have been in arizona for two years and we do like it here. But family comes first and well.... We need to move closer to family. If anyone is interested or knows anyone interested I will sell to NASIOC MEMBERS/FAMILY AND THIER FRIENDS ONLY AT A REDUCED PRICE OF $275000. So you ask why the huge price drop for nasioc members, thier family and thier friends? Well realtor said if I can find someone to buy house he will charge 1.5% and thats just for paperwork. He also said He would charge nothing if i found someone and just give me the paper work but he's got 7 kids and he needs that 1.5%.

Listen Guys/Gals Im VERY MOTIVATED to sell this house. My family needs us back in Michigan and Jobs are calling every day if not every other day for us.
