I just moved to Mesa from LA and my IX needs the 5K mile service. Can anybody tell me which Mits delership in the east valley of Phoenix has the best service dept (quality and price)? Thanks in advance!

How 'east' are you in Mesa? It's been my experience that most of the dealership service centers have a bunch of burn outs that are just flagging hours in an attempt to make more money. This means the attention to detail is sorely lacking. I've had work/maintence done at Big 2, Mark Mitsubishi & Tempe Mitsubishi. Aaron at Tempe would've been my first choice, but I think he may be working at Vivid now.

You may want to try Mynes or Vivid.

Go to vivid and ask for Pat he is an ex mitsu tech. He did the work on the evo test cars that they brought from Japan. He just did the clutch and 60,000 work on my VIII. Good place great work
