Who is JohnBradley?
John Bradley is in fact a real person. He does not however work for EnglishRacing, because you see I do. Well who are you, you might ask? I am a guy named Aaron that has been into cars since I can remember. My dad was a Diesel/Hydraulic Tech in the Army, My grandfather and Uncle built motors to customer spec, and I have the gene as well. I have been involved in motorsports since I was 5 (dirtbikes, karts, and cars) in one way or another.
You can call it an addiction or affliction or whatever you'd like but thats what I got...the genetics of a mechanic. I cant help it, much as most of you cant as well...its just what we do.
I started an internet parts business that basically failed before it got started but I used the name that I have used as a handle everywhere: Hurrikain. I got out of it before I got into to it too deep and sold it too a guy named (you guess it) John Bradley who owned an 03 GSR.
So let's fast forward a few years. I had a WRX that had been in the process of being built and was content to finish it. However I needed a tow rig for my dad and I's 66 Chevelle SS drag car. I headed up to the Automall to go look at trucks. I stopped at the mitsu dealership to look at this red MR they had in the showroom and forgot all about buying a truck. In fact I forgot all about the Subaru (my 3rd actually) and sold it 3 days later to the guy that was doing some fab on it.
When I came to sign in on EvoM my name had been hijacked by John Bradley who was using it as business representation. I looked at the avatar and noticed that "Hey I know that car" and decided the next best thing I could do is if he took my name I'd take his.
I also procrastinate and never thought about changing it or went through the process of having it changed. I work at EnglishRacing now and thats why in my sig it says aaron@englishracing.net....'cause thats me.
So in short (no pun intended) JohnBradley=Aaron. We are in fact one in the same.
