A research study by a British psychologist found that the "vroom vroom" of a luxury car's engine inspires a passionate response in women who took part in a recent experiment. The researcher also found that women were not aroused by the engine sound generated by a conventional car.

I knew it! Women loves nice cars...even if they don't admit it!

I know that a mature and decent girl wouldn't turn down a guy because of his car...but if you pull up in a POS I don't care who she is, she will surely be turned down even if just a little.

True, however a lot of girls I know can't tell the difference between a G35 exhaust note and say an m6...I am pretty sure if the sports car doesn't sound like *** it'll be a turn on...from personal experiences

I like the look on their face the first time you start it with them in it. lol Even if you tell them before hand, "its kind of loud". Usually its a surprised look followed by the eye roll, boys and there toys response usually follows. I usually drive nice and easy at first, maybe hit 1/2 throttle after turning, just to give them a taste, explaining that it is no ordinary car with a big spoiler. Then get on the free way, QUICKLY! I am in michigan so we normally get a hard curve for an on ramp...hard as possible in the turn, stomp on it at corner exit... hit a 100 before merging and see if they scream. lol You should note that my current GF thinks its dorky because of the wing. Thus does not get me laid, just made fun off. She drives a silver TT convertable btw I want to tune it up for her, she wont let me...yet.

Exactly... this is not talking about a 4 cyl amplified through a coffee can. You'll notice the article is talking Maserati, Ferrari, Lambo, while the control car, a 4 cyl, actually had the OPPOSITE effect. It's not simply a "loud" car that creates the response...
