Does anyone know if this evo 9 is an MR?

No, it's an IX by the pics... has the leather wrapped E brake, no lower gauges, and of course no MR badge on the back.

 

and no 'Evolution MR' badge below the shifter boot.

 

ok thanks one of my co workers might get it but doesnt know cuz i guess his insurance pulled up the vin number and it said MR on it and by the looks of the car it doesnt look like an MR

 

Does appear to be an SE though.

 

Looking at the photos, its a 2006 EVO IX SE. The SE's and MR's have the same options the only different is the 6-speed tranny in the MR's. Plus the Lancer Evolution badge in the back is black for MR's and Silver for IX, SE's, and SSL.
