Well no success... Wastegate pressure opened at 9 psi and was fineuntil 5000 again and then bam! Creep until 25 psi. Came back home took the WGA arm off the flapper and went out for another few pulls. FAIL the car had like 3 psi until 5000 and then it would creep to 22 psi with the wastegate completely open the entire time! I am at a loss now... I am guessing that we may have to port the twin scroll wastegate port under the flapper wheel to let the turbo expell more of the exhaust. We did port the twin scroll on the hotside before we put the turbo together so the extra flow in the turbo could be causing all of this...
Not being privy to your flange setup but why don't you take the cotter pin off the arm and rotate it to ensure a smooth arch to the WG Flapper. It's any easy test...at least would rule out any physical issue with the flapper....keep us posted, you guys will get it. So far so good, keep up the nice work.

It has a smooth arch, the WGA is working... seems like it just doesn't expell enough of the turbine flow and starts to creep... on another note my f'ing innovate analog 2 output stopped working today so I now have no WB gauge WTF.... Also checked the timing today too as I read another guy who had boost creep with a red and it turned out to be his timing was off... everything lined up perfect... crank was a hair before the + sign and the cam gears lined up perfect... I am at a loss... at least I have an AEM UEGO here at the house I can put in tomorrow, and I get to utilize one of my serial output cables too! I swear if it ain't one thing it is another!

I have seen WGA's go bad for no reason, in-fact I had a customer that went through 2, before one that actually had no issues. Even the popular aftermarket one(brand new) has been known to be bad. Try swapping one out. The guy you mentioned with the same issue was a customer of ours, eventually Robert at FP suggested he check his timing, and wala problem solved.

Aight guys update... the dump is no more... On Friday drove to B-Ham and removed the dump and put on the old Megan housing and the old Apexi downpipe, and viola no more creep, so I uninstalled everything again and got set up for Sat. 6 hours of work for 5 minutes of driving
(end Friday night). Saturday we chopped our beloved dump and proceeded to fabricate a recir'd housing aout of the dump, and it came out great! So we got the recirc'd O2 housing bolted up and the V-band welded on and called it a night. (End Sat.). Today we fabbed up the downpipe again to fit with the recirc'd O2 housing got everything buttoned back up and took it for a spin and with the recir no more creep either! Took some timing out and added some fuel, and I am babying this sucker until the dyno day this weekend.
If you Fab up a dumped O2 housing make sure that you use a complete round tube, fluid dynamics definitely owned us for the dump when we tried to do the whole half moon on the side of the downpipe. All in all it was an unforgettable experience and I will say that the dump is cool, however as I am getting older and a tad more conservative, it was a little bit overkill for me due to the noise. It was almost damn near impractical. Anyway I will see most of you guys at the dyno day next weekend!
