Scott... Now with E85!!!
So, I made the switch. Have plans to write it all up but let's just say that it wasn't all that hard to do. Fuel pump, Injectors, MBC to turn up the boost... tank drain (cool trick to doing this I discovered), swap pumps, pop the fuel rail, swap injectors, button it up, install MBC, fill with E85, take it to Lucas Racing and bingo!
BIG THANKS to Arron at Lucas Racing for putting his hand to the tune. Love it already, nice power gain although it looks like the MBC I installed isn't holding the boost
It spikes to about 27 pounds and then falls off more than it should.
I'll get that worked out and we'll go from there. Looks like E85 is about to be a full DOLLAR CHEAPER than 92 here in a week or less... even now, it's under $2. Perfect time to get the swap done.
Really looking forward to the first race on the new juice.

15psi. It will spike 27 and then drop like it already has a restrictor in it. I havent played with a high boost stock airbox car before. The last one I had was mine but I had the lid cut so it was actually pretty free flowing. I almost I think the MBC might be the issue but not sure yet. Hopefully that is what is it since thats easier to fix than make a stock airbox (needs to be there because of the class regs) work better.
