I'll be there, along with "aeroweenie". What have you changed on your car since last year? I hope the weather is OK and no rain, I still haven't had a chance to run my new tires yet.

I just need to get my car running again, it's not going anywhere with all this stuff sitting on my workbench Turns out changing manifolds is no simple task when everything around it is custom built. I did some test fitting and need to rebuild my turbo mounting bracket, reroute the oil lines, modify my downpipe, rebuild my O2 dump, lower IC pipe, and intake. I'm going to try and finish by mid-week so I can finish tuning on E85.

I'll be there. I'm also doing the BMW club day this Thursday, April 16. Let the season begin!

jsdude, which of your three cars are you bringing? Must be hard to choose...

What's up fellas! I signed up to run with Alfa club on the 23rd. My friend Dave Jackson (runs a srt4) told me about it and he will be there as well. So I'll see you all out there. Will be running my relatively stock Evo 8. Woot! Lapping day FTW!

PS

This will be at PR not PIR.

My 'ish is back together and feeling very spicy. Going to fiddle with the rear alignment a little, fill up a couple cans with E85 and I'm set. Here's the engine bay back together. And the brand new Accusump in-place. And this will be the first time out with the new rubber and splitter.

F me.

My fuel pump died from too much pressure, trying to cheat on E85 with a modified pressure relief valve.

Now I need to change fuel pumps, lower the boost from 28 psi to 20 psi and re-tune.

I've been running 22 psi, but it tapers significantly. I imagine jid2's turbo at 20 psi is flowing a lot more air than the stock IX turbo at 22.

Looking like I won't make it. The car is still having massive fueling issues. I installed a new pumps assembly with dual pumps and it still is having a large problem.

Chances of me fixing it are looking slim.

Crappy.
