OK, so don't go NEONS. Buy the color changing LED kit. They don't burn out and you can change the color as needed. I have a Blue LED kit on my EVO and it looks great. I only use it when the car is parked at shows. The main reason is that running with Blue, Red and a few other colors will get you pulled over in Florida for impersonating an emergency vehical (Felony). Most of the color change LED kits can be picked up new on EBAY for about 150 - 200. I have a really good friend who has the streetglow color change kit on his 350 and it looks every bit as good as any NEON or LED kit I have seen.
