Graphite Gray Evolution 9 MR For Sale: Showroom Condition!

SOLD!

Why she's leaving:
As sad as it is, I have to let the Evo go. She's been part of the family and I will always miss her...but I am in graduate school working towards my MBA degree now and have to get something a bit more business like.

History of the car:
The Evo was bought in May of 08 from an older guy who was also part of EvoM. The car has never been raced, tracked, or pushed hard by myself or the previous owner. It has been babied by both owners and was garaged every single day. The miles are from commuting to Seattle but they are easy miles with no stress on the car since I rarely drives in traffic. The previous owner and myself have documented receipts on the maintenance and history report of the car and a clean carfax to show you that it is indeed a beautifully maintained and taken care of Evo. Never tracked, never raced, never pushed hard - always babied!

[I]SOLD!/I] - This is the Evo you've been waiting for. This is the type of cars that gets certfied by dealerships because it looks, feels, drives - even smells like a new car. It still has the ACD stickers on the driver's side door panel The point is, if you see that KBB, Edmunds says 1% of used cars falls into the EXCELLENT condition category - this one would be in it! I'm asking kbb for it and you're getting 10k+ worth of mods. The audio was installed by a Master Installer at cartoys and looks and sounds amazing. He also did the 2-way pager alarm for this car. If you have any doubt, I'll show you the car and you'll see what an amazing car it is!

The car was basically a show car when it's not garaged so it also won 2nd place Best Mitsubishi at DPXmas Tuner Bash in December of last year

Pictures will be up shortly and the car is available to be seen anytime except Wednesdays from 5 to 9. Otherwise it'll be parked and ready for you! Please no test driving unless you're serious and has money/financing and ready to buy. I'm sure you understand this as if you were buying a car you wouldn't want tons of people driving it before you! I'm willing to drive you so you can get the feel for the car - then when you can prove to me that you're a seirous buyer, you can drive it. It is a well taken care of and well maintained Evo - you will not find another as clean as this one!

I can be reached at 206-375-7986 . Thank you for your time

Alvin

The car looks like this still with the exception that the FMIC is stock and wheels are now MR BBS with brand new tires!

No but it does when I drive to conferences, functions, business meetings, client meetings, interviews. It's part of a change that comes with being in business. I wish I could just buy another decent (12-15k used) car and leave the Evo at home. But for now, I can't afford that.

If you're looking for an Evo 9 MR, this would be an ideal candidate

Keep it or you'll miss it later. If you sell it now, you really didn't like it in the first place.

It's hard but I'll try to go through with the sale this time. I keep changing my mind and I've decided this time to just do it. Thanks bro!

I was just wondering because I'm on the same path, education wise. I was just seeing if you were trying to justify selling it lol. What might you get into next once you sell it?

and bump for a clean car!

C'mon Alvin, keep it! If you want to go with a more "business-oriented" look, remove any body mods (diffusers, etc.) take off the wing and maybe put a little lip on the trunkl lid, remove misc "look at me" interior mods like gauges, etc., and go with a nice mild exhaust - maybe a dual-muffler setup (2nd muffler instead of a cat) or a cutout.

If you do decide to move on, best of luck, and we'll see you when you come back with your next Evo!

honestly if you're saying that a Z is more business oriented, lol i can honestly say that's bull. haha come on you're telling me that your car isn't "business oriented" when it has the ability to be. just take off most of the exterior mods and you're good. and if you want just take the exhaust off.. idk i'm just giving my opinion about it

good luck w/ the sale and bump for a clean car!

Thanks guys, the car will go to a good home - I'll make sure of that. As for the Z, I used to have one so I know it'll be more "business-able?" lol. I don't want to take off the Evo's exterior mods because that was the thing that made it "my car". I think someone else will be able to take good care of the ride so that's not an issue.

This forum has been a great help in many ways and I'll miss the meets especially the Southcenter ones!

Eh buy a 335i...08's are coming down in price. The new M-sport one with all the Mtech stuff is quite nice...If I didn't buy a house there would be another listing just like yours so I could get out of a loud evo GL definately one of the cleanest cars there is...if not the cleanest in WA.

Thanks bro, I'll definitely look into the 335i for sure but pricing is going to be an issue. I only want to spend about $29k max plus tax so

Hey man, I'm a business analyst for a local outdoor recreation retailer and that's the first thing I thought when I pulled in to their parking lot for the interview; better not let anyone see me in my evo. Turns out, the director of finance, the guy my bosses report to, is a car enthusiast, and man did we hit if off my first day on the job!!! Even my direct boss is into cars and her retirement plan is to purchase a rally car and run the circuit with her husband. What I'm trying to say is, don't get rid of the car just because you're in business school; you never know what type of business you'll be working for.
