Why don't you just do it yourself?
Get some 1500 grit sandpaper to start with, then 2000, then buff it out using some sort of buffing compound. I have used Mcguiar's Solo 1 in the past with great success. I also used a buffer from Harbor Freight that I got for $19.99 on sale.
You could start in a small area just to see if it works. The key is to make sure you sand diagonal one way, then the other way, and then straight up and down. It doesn't take much to get scratches out, but I am not sure about fading if that is what your problem is. After you are done sanding you start with a wool cutting pad to get the scratches out, and you finish with a buffing pad. I would say the entire process shouldn't take more than a couple of hours.
If you want more detailed instructions feel free to pm me.
