Man those ****ers got me there a couple weeks ago. It shouldnt be a 30 except for where the school zone is at. it's bull****. I literally work on that road so the biker cops know my car now. I'm pretty sure that the evo is from a dealership on South Tacoma Way, I always see that guy smashing around with his HKS BOV (fail) with a dealer plate on the back of it.

Atleast they marked mine down to a 31 in a 30 Gave me an exhaust ticket too
