The 520hp was a 31psi spike and a very safe tune since I'm still on stock block. I believe I'm blowing spark and a few other things. I'm taking off the 25psi gate because on the dyno 31lbs was ok but on the road I'm spiking 34-35 and feels like i'm missing/blowing spark but I have new plugs so it may be timing and or I'm going outside my load chart... I'll have to get a retune laterz.

Also thanks Eric for the help.
damn dude, straight money! I thought you were waiting till next year!

I still gotta get down to another dyno run now that my issues seem to have calmed down - was hoping for Auburn but I might make another trek to Vancouver in the next couple weeks. I'm sure this is just a start into another level of squeezing power out of a turbo for you!

This thread says the Battle of the Imports is the 27th but the Woodburn web site says its the 26th-27th. So is this a two day event?

Well even if I wanted to squeeze all the power out of this turbo, my motor wont handle it so I'll have to wait till its built. The most I feel comfortable going is 550hp/425tq on stock motor.

You say that now, but we all know you will end up blowing up that motor before you actually put in the new one.

^I can't help but agree, given your history Mike!

You know which stroker you're going to go with? I am pretty set on a 4G64 2.2L, but that is a ways off...

Real funny Tod! I hope I don't blow my motor and I don't drive that crazy.

4G64 2.2 or I'll go with the more $$$ build : GSC Lightweight crank 2.2 long rod on an 86mm bore with high compression. That would be pretty dope in my opinion.

^That definitely would be. I'm not going for big money. I'm just about at the point that I *think* I can handle.

I just want a bit more of that low-end grunt, still have a high ceiling that I can wind out, little downtime for the build, and a bit closer to being bulletproof.
