Things come in 3's.

I know crap happens in 3's, but isn't there some dang rule about them being split apart at least a little? Brakes out - check, turbo acting up - less than a week after brakes start going, clutch going out - yep, seems that's just starting. All this in a week's time. GRRRRRRRRRR.

My rotors are still good for another 20k miles I think.

I just replaced my clutch with an Exedy Single, I'm happy with it so far. I don't bag on it or anything so she's holding up pretty well.

Going to need new brake pads soon though, damn things just squeek too much.

Ryan, yep, good stab, just MS. Belly Dancer.

New pads coming in, thanks to Sassaphrass for getting my order in. Getting the same reds he has. Going to borrow the 2 ton jack and some tools so I don't have to deal with the puny one. Too bad my Land Cruiser isn't running or I'd borrow the air compressor to speed up the wheel removal process.

Turbo - it's really annoying. I'm driving, don't get any boost for a sec then bam, it takes off like a bat out of hell and catches me off guard. Sometimes normal, sometimes its not there, sometimes a small .5 burst, and it goes away. Failing turbo or is it possible its something else? Johnny, anything Chodester could've done wrong when putting my stock BOV back on? Probably not, just wishing it was something that simple. FYI - there is no recirc kit for my BOV, so I'll have to flange it, guess I'll wait on that now with these other things popping up. So much for being glad I had a stock set up.

Clutch is who knows. Its starting to be a biotch when putting it in first sometimes, the way it usually is only if the engines completely cold. Hopefully got a little time.

Yep, that's why I mentioned the 60K, cause the timing belt.

i think the turbo issue might be related to the failing clutch. it sound like its slipping. i also find shifting in gears (dont remember which) hard. that might be tied to the clutch as well.

you and travis should take a video of it so the other evoheads can assess it.

I was wondering if it might be due to that, but there's so many if's. Hm, video, good idea.

They really need to make parts' expiration dates vary so it's a grand here, a grand there, but not this grandS all at the same time. Grrr.
