Unhappy Bad Bad Day~~

Hi all. My name jun. I just moved from LA to Seattle, i really happy to be live here in seattle , but something bad happend to me on the last firday night (10-23-2009) My EVO's wheel got stolen. i had gram light 57C Bronze color 17 wheels with 2 goodyears eagle F1 and 2 NITTO tires. this is just the frist week for me in seatte and something happend like this to me already i am really new in this city, and i am really scare now . i really love my car ... but i have to say thanks to those pplz whoever steel my wheels becuz they didnt just leave my car on the floor, they put my car on some spare tires, and they didnt break my car's window to get in to my car. Now i am watting for my friend send me the OEM wheels from LA to here for me. next thing is i am going to get the alarm for my EVO. I hope wont something happen like this to me again and not to anyone. Sorry about my bad english

That sucks. You should get some wheels locks for your next set of wheels.

uhhhhh I'm surprised I could even read that... so you said your EVO's wheel got stolen, do you mean one wheel or all your wheels?

That sucks. Where in Seattle do you stay? We can give some places to be extra cautious about leaving your car around. When I stayed on capital hill some fools took my antenia and screwed up my window wipers last july 4th. only a 3 hour window where that happened. I slept late and woke up early.

Seattle is terrible, especially for a nice car.

Living in LA I am very surprised to hear you didn't already have wheel locks, that should be a first on aftermarket wheels.

Sorry about you're luck, just try to take better care of you're investment next time.

Also, welcome to the area....some welcome huh? We know how to do it..

Yeah be happy they left your car on something...when they took my wheels they dropped the car on its front discs (damn amateurs). Get some wheel locks, and alarm and you'll be fine

What a coincidence, I'm surprised you can read too!! You don't really seem like the brightest or the most considerate guy.

oh no. those were nice wheels to. damn.

i drive down to washngton once in a while. mostly i go to everett and seattle area. what are the bad places in those areas? we often go down to the pikes market and park at the paid parking lots there. it looks really sketchy. is that area bad?

another question - what size of lock nuts does our evo use? i may have an extra - ill give it to the OP as a gift from our community. thats if it fits. :P

From my experiance lots of younger homeless peeps in seattle and lots of hard core drug use there . Wheel locks, alarm, fuel switch, garage and baseball bat. Good chance those gram lights bought some grams and a light
