Update from the trip to Florida
Well guys thought I would pop in and give you guys a heads up on whats been going on in my life the past few weeks. It was a really crappy start....
1. Since all of my tools had been packed up a few days prior I forgot that I had to get the womans oil changed. We took it to the local texaco station to have the oil changed real quick. Oil change went off without a hitch, but we had a rock chip in teh window so they offered to do the chip repair... okay no problem go ahead... bad mistake, when they were heating the window up to get the moisture out the window cracked all the way across the windshield... $300 down the drain
2. As the movers were finishing packing up the house I had to move the car out of the garage, and low an behold there was a puddle of anti-freeze on the garage deck. Upon further inspection I deemed it was the water pump and called Aaron at English with a quickness. We were heading down to Oregon with Eric for thanksgiving so we headed out early and made a pit stop by English on the way. As I had suspected, the brand new OEM waterpump had failed. The Englsih crew went straight to work and replaced the waterpump yet again, and Aaron worked a deal with Russell at Mitsubishi parts.net to warrany the part, and worked a deal with me for labor, I left $20 for Jake for knocking it out with a quickness and was on my way.
3. We get back to the Island and the day before we are to leave, we get a call from Court's mom, and her dad passed away... Needless to say this hasn't been the most glorious of trips as of late. We made it to her mom's house a few days ago, and as expected her family is pretty torn up.
4. To make matters worse, we stopped to get some descent food about an 2 hours from Courts house on the way there to eat at Red Lobster. I felt fine, and then woke up at 4 am with explosive poo, and then began vomiting hardcore. Food poisoning FTL. Today I am feeling better...
5. From Wyoming to Illinios the best gas I could find was 89 oct with 10% ethanol so I felt really sorry for the car... finally has 93 oct in it now and a nice wash... I will update this more when i have time

Glad you made it in one piece as well, moving is always a stressful time. When I drove from VA to out here in the galant I had about a week to get all my parts and repair the rear suspension and make sure the car was road worthy by my leave day. That was the real test for the car. Kept having freaky steering issues in Montana (spent most of the time on the side of the road with the left front wheel off, frustrated, and wasted two days of travel time).
Hope everything gets better for you two!

Thought I would update the post...
Well of course one of the three times my car actually went out in Indiana it got door dinged, it amazes mehow people have no disregard for other peoples ****... Anyway...
We left Indiana on the 16th and drove to see my family in Virginia, and we were planning on meeting Mikey since he lives very close to me in VA (about a 40 minute drive)... but it ended up snowing 28" here at the house so I don't think we will be doing that any time soon...
here is a pic...
