NW track schedule
Just make sure you have good tires, DOT4 brake fluid(e.g. ATE Super Blue), and some nice pads. You will be out there getting a feel and learning the track and listening to your instructor. Speed won't be important yet so go have fun!
Bring some tools too just in case you gotta fix something.

Is that all that is required? I'd like to attend some of these as well. I'd assume you aren't allowed out without a helmet too. Is it like a basic SCCA where you have to pass a tech, and you're just cut loose?
You need a helmet. Every HPDE requires some sort of safety equipment like a helmet and long pants depending on the school. Some require gloves. Just depends. You'll be cut loose when they feel you are capable of being cut loose.
Equipment: Usually a Snell 05 approved helmet, and driving gloves. Pants with decent shoes are usually needed. Usually nothing in the interior that isn't tied or bolted down needs to be removed...some don't allow floor mats on the driver side.
Car: New ATE or Motul fluid and pads with atleast 50% material left (For Pacific Raceways or PIR, Bremerton isn't too bad on brakes). I would personally go with a minimum of semi-aggressive pads (IE: Ferodo, PF's, Project Mu, etc). Of course being careful you can use stock pads...although I never had much luck with them accept for autoX. Obviously good tires with good tread and NO Patches (preferably a good summer tire or max performance tire).
Tools (Not usually needed but helpful): Bring basic gear wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and pliars, etc. If you have a jack it might be good to bring. Definately a good tire gauge and a small electric air pump. Lawn chairs are nice for when you are in between runs also.
This is about all I can think of off the top of my head...hopefully Karl chimes in he usually comes pretty prepared and even brings extra sandwiches
Porsche, BMW, and Alfa clubs have basic car control training that is required as a prerequisite to lapping at Pacific Raceways. I think you have to join the Porsche/BMW clubs to participate, not so with the Alfa club. You can also get the needed training via Proformance, the racing school at pacific raceways.
The corvette club will set u up with an instructor for ur first time out in the beginners group then the intermediate and advanced groups run after..there is a classroom session the night before the track day that is required for beginners
