Where to get springs installed in the Portland area?

I'm looking to for a shop to install new springs on my Evo X. Does anyone know of a place to get them installed for a reasonable price. Preferably not more than $300. I think Les Schwabb want between 500 to 600 dollars. Thanks in advance.

Its not all that hard to do yourself, what makes it even easier for you is that you have a new car and dont have to worry about rusted bolts.

Have a buddy help you, its super simple and rewarding. All you need are some basic spring compressors and air tools. I'm sure someone from the Oregon area would help ya. Good luck man Like dude said above, since your car is brand new everything will come off super easy.

I can help you. I'm out of town for a few days, but when I get back I'm happy to lend a hand.

Ive read nothing but good reviews about ER, but the one nice thing about doing it yourself is that the money you save can be used for more parts. You dont need a garage to do it yourself, I did mine in the street in front of my house lol. Good luck with whichever way you choose to go man.

I haven't ordered the springs yet but I am probably going with the Tein S-Tech's. Loved them in my last car. I will give you a call this week and if i have time stop in for a chat.

^ LOL ya... I'd really ditch the S-Techs unless you just want the car to sit on the bump stops and look cool while handling like ***. My opinion anyway- I'd do a bit more research.

+1 for English Racing - you can't go wrong by taking it there.

Read the reviews on S-Tech's. Especially on a new car, I wouldn't put anything cheap on them.

I assume Swift has options for the X, correct? +1 to DIY. Rent the compressors from a local auto parts store (or borrow from someone) and get someone with air tools to help.

Though $200 from ER is a great deal! I think the lowest I found up here was $300, all from shops that I didn't have direct context with.

Did some more research and looks like I will be going with the swift springs. Any recomendations on where to buy them. Websites or local shops? Thanks again.
