id say 7k is more like it. Looks like a lot of work into that car. Kind of pointless but yeah def a lot of swapped parts and work.

Fun project but it most likely would have been more fun to start with a higher millage sti and make it a complete monster.

Yeah with the motor swap and everything I would say much more than $4500 but much less than $21k. Maybe 10ish?

even with a STi swapped engine it wouldn't sell for that. Its a clean subie though I'll give him that.

Its not even the STI swap its a 2.5 WRX swap. Unless i read wrong of course. Looks like an STI interior swap too. Thats a lot of work right there as well.

But yeah def not 21k. It would be dumb to buy someone else's project for that much. You dont know what has been hacked or not and for that kind of money you could get something else that will be equally as fun.l

It could be $4500 depending on the quality of work. Just because there is a quantity of work does not mean there is any quality. In that case the seller would get much more out of a partout.

BTW - there is a lot of CL failure recently with this and that poor green widebody Evo (didn't the original owner meet an unfortunate, tragic end?).

this is the reason why he wants $21995 for the car. He stated that he added all the aftermarket parts he put in the car to come up with $21995 prob includes the labor cost too. but in reality this is not how it works, the after market parts will not increase the value of the car by that much; this is the part he doesn't understand.

Blue STi seats alone are worth $18,000 so its a steal for the car AND seats!

Grab a calculator and start adding up the street value of the parts.
The only thing on the car that is 15 years old is the shell and some
misc interior pieces.

some people are just retarded.. they think they will fetch what they put into the cars..
its like if you drop 45k into a 2g gsx your still only going to be able to get less that 11k for it..

people are just dumb
