Portland area tint shops
So I got tinted and clear-bra'd yesterday by Highline Customs.
So far my initial impression is WOW & cheap with quality materials and craftsmanship.
I'm going to write a more thorough review when I can roll down my windows (can't roll down the windows for 5 days while the tint cures).
Definitely a top notch family owned shop (four brothers work together there). They did an m3 before my car, and apparently work on a lot of supercars.
One of the reasons I was not going to get a clear bra is because I was told that when people cut into the clear-bra, they cut into the paint. I don't know if that's normal or not, but they don't cut into the paint there. And they wrapped the clear bra in just about every place they could. BTW they use VentureShield.
Either way, this place is super cheap ($200 for tint including felt in doors), 175 for fenders and hood clear-bra, and $30 for rear doors. Absolutely amazed at the quality. The car looks top notch too. If you're even questioning where to go I definitely am going to suggest going here. I'm so happy I'm going to go back there for some more vinyl work next month to cover up some of the MR ugly gray parts.
Again, I'll write a more thorough review when I can roll my windows down and take pics.
