the op said it was a catback not a full TBE. the downpipe would be the only issue for the VIII and IX's but the ACD VIII and IX are the same.

 

^the op isn't the one I'm talking to. I also have a Buschur like the OP. However you are correct, just the DP matters, and the other guy hadn't actually mentioned that.
