Time for a drop

so ive had my car a little over a month now. Everytime i go out to english (seems like 3times a week haha) I find myself looking at all the other cars and i cant make up my mind on a lowering spring!!!!!
I like the look of aaron and lucas's evos on the tein S techs. but have read how they kill the struts.

sooo my question is, what is everyones opinion on a good looking drop which levels out the car but also somewhat keeps or improves the stock handling? wanting to spend like 250 max so i know i cant be to picky.
Also, the car is my DD. I do the drags but no AutoX stuff
thanks

Mike

Lucas and Aaron both have coilovers I believe. Aaron has the AMR's and Im not sure what Lucas has, but your best bet are the swift springs. You dont want the Tein springs as they sag really bad and are way too low.

I run the AMR as well... drop can be done with Springs OR you can simply adjust the coil over bottom mount and get the drop with whatever you've got on there. Or, a little of both? Or some additional preload, or, or or...

Get the idea?

Have heard nothing but good things about the Swifts, but I personally liked the Works springs I had on my '03. Worked great as a DD.

What happened to WORKS anyway? They're gone from the site.

I as well as anyone with Swift Spec-R's will recommend them. They ride and handle amazing, even on stock struts. They lower the car something like .8 inches in back and 1.2 up front, which levels the car out nicely.

I've got Swifts and they are pretty nice. Lots of people to help you do the install as well, so don't pay someone to do it.
