Baby's got some new shoes

I had to buy a new set of tires, so I had Cascade Wheel strip and re-powdercoat my wheels.

^lol - that is what everyone tells ya! I'll have my car back this coming Thursday or Friday. At some point you'll have to check out the Spec-Rs.

How much for the strip and powdercoat? Which wheels are on the 2g?

Definately interested in feeling how the Spec-Rs ride. I think it is down to either the GTWorx, or Spec-R springs.

For my 5 spoke wheels, it was only $75 per wheel, the price goes up for more complex designs as it takes more labor to strip them.

My 1g has Sparco Racing NT-R wheels on it, they are definately rare, I've only seen one other car that had them

I'm so bad with 1g vs 2g. I thought the 2g was the more rounded one. Your 1g looks pretty damn nice, and I like those rims!

1g has the better 6 bolt main, 2g looks better (IMHO) but comes with the crank walk prone 7 bolt motor.

I always wanted a 2g GSX, I think they're the **** lol. Ended up with an Evo though... who woulda thunk it.

Both are great choices. I went with the Spec-Rs personally because they seem to fave a slightly lower drop in the front. Cant go wrong with either
