hey guys some of you used to know me, i had a 03 LY VIII with some tastefull mods. i went to a couple of meets and did a weekly night meet in federal way and then a sprint up to alki beach to pegasus pizza...think thats the name. heres a pic of my old evo.



well i got rid of my evo for various reasons but i still kept in touch with the scene and helped some guys in my unit work on there evo's. made me miss mine more and more. well now i'm about two months from coming home from iraq and i was looking for another evo in my home state of kentucky....they don't exist out there. well i did find a new whip which i think is amazing granted i haven't even driven it yet. so here she is, a 91 nissan 300zx TT. she has a older hks exhaust on her and i have some plans for some mods but nothing to crazy.



if any of you guys know of some active nissan groups let me know, the ones i've found on the net aren't as active as evom. if you guys have the meets and cruises still going on care if a 300zx joins you. catch you guys later.

Also, that car will really come alive when you get the JWT twin pop charger, full exhaust, and the JWT retune. That stuff there is good for like 380hp or some such.

If you have the option before you buy, have the turbos checked out, because they're extremely expensive to fix/replace if they're going bad (you have to remove the engine to get to them IIRC). Sick cars though, and the cockpit is just that, a cockpit lol.

Skyline bits will fit on it too, nissan was really good about cross platform part sharing.

 

before i bought it my father took it to a nissan dealer and they went through it with a fine tooth comb. they said everything checked out. i've read that about the JWT parts, def. have some of that stuff book marked.
