I would not be so sure. Multiple counts of grand theft could = pretty substantial jail time.

Though they can likely cut 2/3rds off that with good behavior and since the system pretty much leaves them with no chance of getting decent legit jobs they will likely be back boosting cars again in no time

I guess we can hope they change it up and start selling drugs next time.
