well i hurt the trans a little bit so i fixed that and did a new clutch just in time for IFO....then i had some kind of electrical/aem issue at the track...the car just fell on its face in 3rd and 4th gear then shut off at the end of the track...good thing i was able to catch a trailer ride home from my buddy though...

I thought it was okay...$17 was alot though...and their concession food was overly terrible Beer was ALOT too..or the event might have been even funner

I have tons of pics I'll get around to posting once I'm off work. But RREV was on point thats for sure...may not be a Honda guy but damn some of those guys were bookin it. FWD trapping at 160mph is damn impressive imo.

BTW not sure who they are but the red Voltex IX was sick...didn't really dig the chrome Advans but that car was strait ill. The GG X with the Doluck trunk was nice too. Couple real nice cars...turn out could have been a bit better but it was a pretty fun time.

Oh...and even though I hate stickers couldn't help myself picking up a "I luv spe3dbump stickers" Just couldn't resist.

I had a ton of fun.

We hung with our adopted teammates from RREV, had a good final against the red Supra and finished second with Jeff's car.

It ran-

35psi- 9.18
39psi- 8.93
42psi- 8.85/8.85/8.84 all at just under 157.

Awesome time for all of us

That last run was real close...withing 2/10ths at those speeds is damn close. Their Supra seems to have some nasty topend though.

That last race between the Supra and dsm was insane. I loved the black evo that was in the car show, the one with the HKS decals. Looked baddass.

Spraying downtrack helps make up for it being slimy out of the hole.

Yea when I was peeking around the engine bay I seen two different nozzles. One right before the compressor inlet and one right by the TB. I assume they have a 2stg setup where they spray to spool off the line and hit the bigger shot later down the track possibly?

Thanks man I appreciate the comment (black evo). Just barely got her street tuned on pump to get her over the pass. Driving up sure made it a lot easier to get some break-in miles on the new engine though.

Yes, I wished there would have been a bit more participation across the board but there were a few good races going on. Agreed, it was a nice end of the day run We lost third on the drag car on the first pass, so our day ended quite early lol. Thats just the way racing goes sometimes. Ayways, it was nice to finally meet a few of you and I hope to meet more soon.

Regards
