End of Summer BBQ (Interest?)

As title implies, who would be interested in having an actual BBQ with booze at my place before the end of summer (less working on cars, more drinking and eating)?

And by 'end of summer', really that goes up until the middle of September, or as long as the weather stays nice.

Lets go for a head count. If there is enough serious interest, I'll see if I can make it happen.

P.S. Food cooked on a real charcoal grill tastes better than propane.

Is that a "don't cross the bridge, go up the river" pic?

I'm in for a bbq. Instead of your place, what about somewhere like Mukilteo, etc.?

Mukilteo sounds good Andrew. We can accommodate more people and so we can play volleyball and enjoy the weather. We can do pot lock also.

I can dig it.

Mukilteo Beach it is! What would be a good weekend for everyone? I think after next Saturday, the meets in the near future are done, then the following saturday is a concert (Pain in the Grass *****es!), then there is the holiday that falls on the first weekend of Sept.

So what about Sept. 11 (ominous silence....)?

I think we're flirting with disaster on those dates... I think the weather is going to start turning WA on us very soon.

You guys are such pessimists. Here we are in the middle of a heat wave and you're talking about the end of summer already. You need to put those glass half empty mentalities away and focus on the upcoming full mugs of Oktoberfest beers!

I should be down for any of the weekends in September but the 25th is day 2 of the 3 day Fremont Oktoberfest.
