i used bruce howlett for my oregon ticket. clocked me at 74 in a 45..on the way to mt hood. he got it dismissed. 503-775-8085 give him a call

 

I used mitch green for a WA ticket as well, got it off easy. +1 asking him for an Oregon reference

It was about a year ago, mitch charged 300 flat .. ticket was for 38 in the 25, yes a whopping 13 over! ... it was a detour road I had never been on, coasting down hill listening to some tunes enjoying the sunny day lol.

300 is worth the gamble, a ticket that stuck would cost well over 2k before it drops

 

I'm not 100% sure about the law there, but I believe if your being "paced" longer than one mile it's entrapment.

 

Thanks for all the advice guys. By the sounds of it a lawyer is the best bet.plus it will hopefully save me the 300 mile trip just to go to court.

lol, well I have called everyone listed in this thread and NONE of them knew of anyone in Oregon that could help. I even called local people and they all said they don't do traffic violations any more.

Sure did, he said he only does WA now...

Who knows how long ago that person used Bruce, people fail to give that sort of information.

I even offered Bruce 3x of what he normally charges if he could fight a ticket for me down here and he declined.

Ya crappy. I called one guy in Baker and he didn't sound very promising. He didn't make me feel very comfortable paying him to represent my case.
I may end up representing myself.
