Ya crappy. I called one guy in Baker and he didn't sound very promising. He didn't make me feel very comfortable paying him to represent my case.
I may end up representing myself.

Damn if you can't get out of it completely. i'd say have it brought down to a non-moving violation. You should've taken a picture of your speed when he flashed his lights haha and the time on your dash, to prove the speed you were actually going.

Well they lowered it the maximum Oregon state allows which took it down to 354 for the fine. They would not amend it to a none moving violation.

Sorry Spooks, I was really hoping your situation would turn out differently than mine, but as a lot have said, including myself; Oregon isn't as forgiving as Washington in regards to traffic violations. :-\

Who knows how long ago that person used Bruce, people fail to give that sort of information.

I even offered Bruce 3x of what he normally charges if he could fight a ticket for me down here and he declined.
oh wow, my bad i got the ticket in december 2009. he kept rescheduling dates till i got back in town and got it dismissed around june 2010.
guess he switched to WA since its a lot easier to fight tickets in WA.
