Mine sucked!
We got a load of snow and the tires just didn't make it.
I NEED new tires, it's not even funny.

I spun around the first trafficl light i found and i was in 1st gear at 5mph. All 4 wheels locked up and i went spinning....totally unexpected!

My 2c

PS: I live in Waltham

not even going to bother... my ****box VW Rabbit with Blizzaks takes these chores. I did go out though, and traction with the Advans was scary to say the least...

I think people are finally starting to understand the definition of "Summer only" tires. They just simply do not work in snow.

I wonder how many dealerships with Evos on the lots are now crapping their pants knowing new owners certianly can't test drive em with the A046s on and do they think the car if sold would even make it home in the hands of a new anxious just ant to check it out owner?

i dunno how much snow u got in your area, but theres atleast 1 ft of unplowed snow on da streets, i live in narrow streets blocks from teh main sts so they dont get plowed, any car would get stuck in my street 4wd, blizzaks or advans cant go no where. i on the other hand is lucky. got a tacoma 4x4 to move around. high enough to clear teh 1ft of snow lol...

I didnt even try to take it out! Not that I could if I wanted to. I live at the bottom of a hill that gets about two passes by a small F150 pickup with a 7ft blade. My 4Runner will take me around for now!

I changed out my tires Friday before the storm and I had no problems. I was out during the storm and the car was great. I had my Advans on during our ice day last week and the car still out preformed the SUVs I saw sliding all over the place.

Did you keep the same wheels (rims)? Or did you go aftermarket?

I want to keep the stock wheels and tires together, but cant justify $1500.00 for aluminium winter wheels and tires.
