This month get up close and personal with the historic 1977 McLaren M23-012. This incredible machine was piloted by Jochen Mass to a season-best 2nd place finish at the '77 Swedish G.P. (check out this cool video summary). Knowledgable historians will be on-hand to show you the car's intricacies and answer your questions. Plus, you'll get a once-in-a-lifetime chance to hear the McLaren's 490 horsepower Ford powerplant growl as we fire up the car!

Caffeine & Gasoline takes place on the first Saturday of every month. Because of the New Year holiday, however, January's event will occur on the 8th. We hope to see you here!

We were planning on stopping by. Was there earlier in the week and they have some great cars on display.

Is there anything like this in Portland?

 

Dunno, do you have a companny that manufacturers detailing chemicals that has open house events?

 

I will try and make it. I just need to convince myself to wash my car since the meet is at a detail shop.

 

Might show up for this, sounds like fun!

 

We'll see how car everybody's car is with the 100% chance of rain on Wed-thurs and only a 80% chance on Saturday.....

If its raining then my car would get filthy just getting down there! No reason to wash it specifically for this event IMHO.

 

I'll try to make it out to this. Just need to figure out what car to bring.

 

I showed up at the garage today. There were some pretty cool cars on display. I saw a couple other evos there but I didn't know who the drivers were. I had the AS IX.

 

I was there around 10am in my red evo with the u.p. Garage sticker. I saw a couple others, but didn't know whose cars they were.

Next month it's going to be the yellow can-am car, apparently it sounds even better.
