Slowdown? I havent ever heard of this what do you mean? The boost was too high or there was a CEL? If you mean the temporary limp out on the tranny it means it spiked over 29 but I dont remember your boost ever being that high.

 

slow down as in the warning on the display and then car going into limp mode for just a second, and yeah im pretty sure the boost in my car never goes over 26.
