Eric is right, you have many more options when buying aftermarket (Colors/Styles/Etc). Plus its always nice to find a setup that you want vs. the bland OEM Mitsu way!

Gauges: good price, but that doesn't include the wiring or sensors which makes it a not so good deal.
9 bov: good for stock boost levels unless modded, I would just get a nice aftermarket unit that will perform really well.
Wheels: they will fit with the rear fenders rolled, and a 245/40/18 tire and a couple degrees of camber.

Agreed with Jason. The 9 bov should be fine for you, and you can do the "crush mod" if you want more out of it later. I assume you have an VIII bov currently, and this is better.
jdmevil8 thanks for showing me the way lol i just liked the mitsu guages cause i like a very clean look and now that i have seen the dash pods im diggin it. and they wheels a really really like but i dont wanna have to roll my fenders and camber n all that crap i have that on my gts now and i hate it. still not sure how the offset works... what offset would make a 18x8 rim look flush for our evos?
Steer clear of the wheels unless you only plan to run 245ish width rubber, or you don't mind a ton of camber and major fender work.
And +1 to Eric, don't waste money on OE Mitsubishi gauges, get far more accurate aftermarket.

There are whole threads devoted to wheels fitments, but I will give you the long and the short of it...
Generally, the best fitment for evo if you do not want to modify your fenders is 18x9+35. That said, your individual needs will depend on what size tire you want to run, what suspension mods you are planning, and how you want it to 'look'. There are lots of tricks for cramming in some less than optimal wheel/tire combos, but that is the path to frustration. Save yourself the headache and just get wheels/tires that fit.
I currently run 18X8.5+25 Volk CE28s and it is pretty much as aggressive as you can get without having to roll your fenders or run crazy camber. I have also owned Rota 18X9.5+35 and they fit great with 255/35 tires.
If you are on a budget, your best bet is find a used set of MR BBS (they usually sell for 600-800 depending on condition).

OEM gauges are TeH SuCk! Also, Ive read the stock fuel pressure gauge is calibrated to the sensor and isnt accurate with other sensors. No personal experience though.
18x9.5 w/20mm offset will stick out to far to tuck any tire worthy of a 9.5" wheel. You need about a 30mm offset. Though a 255 may be doable with some fender rolling.
